Here we go again. Another Earl Kane original. This bike just like the last one that was listed on ebay and ended up going overseas was meticulously built with attentioin to detail by Earl himself. Motor has been completely rebuilt from the sludge trap up using top quality parts. The crank has been polished, new vandervell english rod bearings, new 20 over stock pistons and rings, Bonneville cams. the head was magnafluxed rebuilt and surfaced, original Amal carborators that have been resleeved. The ignition is stock with a dual fire coil that has been relocated under the fuel tank. A battery elliminator has been installed and also utilizes a gel battery for ease of starting and mantanance. The transmission has been completely rebuilt with all new bearings and seals. The final drive is 21 tooth on the front and a 43 on the rear. Clutch discs springs, plates and primary chain is all new. The exhaust is custom stainless 64 thousandths tubing bent by Earl himself. These exhaust pipes have been polished and will not turn blue. The front end is vintage Marzocchi with shaved legs and new roller bearing headset. Twin leading shoe front wheel with new bearings and brake shoes. The frame has been painted gloss black, wheels are powder coat. Custom vintage Flake job done by Earl hiself with Marigold flake and Rootbeer candy. The bike has 200 shake down miles and is very dependable.
