recollectionsltd Store 1987 Saab 900 Turbo 4 door Sedan 197k YS3AS45D5H7018829 We are selling this car for an estate; we don't have a personal history with it other than driving it around for the last few days since we acquired it. We know that the previous owner bought it used, it is believed (as told by friends) that it has a new or overhauled engine, and that he was very consistent with having it tuned up, repaired as needed, etc., although we were not given the maintanence records. It is a 1987 Saab 900. Mileage showing on the odometer is 197559k. Vin is YS3AS45D5H7018829. Visually, the car is in very good shape. Car runs well, (on the road) but idles rough. Feels like it wants to die out sometimes while sitting at a light or coming to a stop (although the tach doesn't dip all the way down to zero). I can say that I have been driving the car and even though it idles rough, it has never died out on me. This car was garage kept for as long as the owner had it. (By the title, he purchased the car in 1990). He kept his car in very good shape, was in many Saab clubs and loved his car. I am not a mechanic. I cannot tell you the mechanical details about the car. Here is what I know. The antenna is broken. (actually, it is in the trunk, so it's not missing). I have had the car out on the road and pushed it and it is fast. All 5 gears worked fine. Horn does not work. Heater and radio work. Directionals, brakes and headlights all work. Oil is clean and looks like it is due for changing at 200k. (sticker in window) There are 2 rust bubbles that I see on the car, and they are in the pictures. Tires look almost new. No holes in the brushed burgundy interior, but it is dirty inside and will need a cleaning. Sold as-is, with no warranty included or implied.
