Vehicle Detail

1991 GEO METRO LSI CONVERTIBLE This Geo is pretty much as original as they get. Garage Kept all of it's life, This Geo was maticulously maintained. Every that could be wrong wasn't. This Geo was gone over by an ASE certified Master Mechanic from front to back. The only thing that needed to be replaced were the brakes, a couple of lines, and the muffler. This convertible runs and drives flawlessly as it should with a car only having 59k on it. It starts and idles smooth, shifts up and down through the gears smoothly, and drives straight down the road at any speed. The tires are like new. The original top looks excellent for it's age( if it didn't, we would have replaced it.) There are nor were there ever, any door dings, dents, or accident damage anywhere. We did give it a fresh coat of paint and pinstriped it. (the paint was just faded and dirty from sitting although it was driven regularly in the summer.) The exhaust is quiet, and it doesn't smoke or drip any oil. It has a fresh oil change to take you anywhere you wish to go. The carpet is in excellent condition for it's age. There are no cracks in the dash. The steering wheel and shift knob have minimal wear. All the locks work as do the inner and outer door handles. The door panels aren't faded like most. The seats show well with no rip or tears, and only minimal wear on the piping. The console has both the compartment doors still present. (most geos have these broke off.) The convertible top goes up and down like it should, and the boot is present. The seatbelts have no wear and look like new. The windshield is in excellent shape with no cracks or chips. We did install new wiper blades to keep your vision driving home nice and clear. Everybody hates those annoying squeeky wipers. The side windows have minimal scratches, and do go up and down as they should. All of the lights work as they should, including the blinkers, brake, running, and headlights. All of the exterior light lenses, including the headlights, are suprisingly clear for their age. Most are fogged and cracked. These are nice. All of the usual missing knobs on the cluster including the wiper controls and lights, ARE present and function properly. The volume knob on the radio is missing, But if I find one, I'll install it before you pick the car up. The trunk area is very clean with the spare, jack, and original tools still packaged. The spare tire well is rust free. This geo does not have any of the known problems that most geos have. The control arm mounts are solid, and there is no evidence of rust ever being there. Under the hood is very clean, the seam at the top of strut mounts, which is another usual rust area is also clean. I have restored over 80 geo's and this one is in the top of the list. This Geo convertible may be the nicest on ebay so far this year. SO DON'T MISS OUT!! As always, I am offering this vert with NO RESERVE!! Also, I can bring the car down to Detroit Metro Airport, Which is an hour south , for a nominal fee. Let the pictures speak for themselves. There are alot of them, so they might take a minute to load. Also, there is a full set at the bottom that are "clickable" Please take time to look at them thoroughly, This is easily a $4500 car. Win it right here on ebay with no reserve. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY BIDDING! This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied.
