HELLO AND THANKS FOR LOOKING! Up for auction is my 1997 Volkswagen GTi VR6. I am graduating college and must sell my cool Volkswagen GTI VR6. It has 153,223 miles and has a clear Florida title. Gas mileage is 22 city and 28 highway. There are a few things that need to be fixed (cosmetically & mechanically), but its still a great riding VDub with a bulletproof engine and great sounding exhaust. Paint is fading on roof.Various dents & dings on body.Side trim has come off in 2 places.One very small spot of rust on a dent on rear (See Photo).Sunroof broke at point, it is now fixed in place and will never leak.Hatch door has to be manually opened. Button is not working.Vehicle does not come with authentic German front plate.I do not know much on the vehicle history. I believe that I am the 4th owner and the gentleman I purchased it from owned it in Arizona. Mechanically:DOES NOT LEAK ANY OIL OR BURN OIL AT ALL.Needs right front wheel bearing & hub replaced. Needs the handbrake cable replaced.A/C is currently blowing warm air and needs a recharge. Coolant line has a small leak, needs to be filled up every so often.Clutch was replaced by previous owner at 100k miles.Brand new rear brakes pads & rotors installed yesterday. I personally always changed the oil with mobile 1 10w-40 every 3k miles. Newer Falken tires in front, rears are still good but a little worn.
