Just pure exhilaration and desire to get back behind the wheel * Less then 90K miles and she could go to california, New York, Florida without a problem * Newer Brakes and front end work keeps her tight and true * Pile of maint. records including paint job of over $5000 previous owner had done * No dents, major dings or rust (and i looked but am not a pro) appears to be nice driver * Black leather interior.needs tlc (drawback of california cars is cracking fo interiors-bodies good) * Stored in winters, and rarely sees rain * Chrome dial rims glimmer and shine with great tires (about 70% thread) * Pop=up Headlights work and look great-really freaks people out to see em pop * Interior complete- no missing pieces except sunroof motor cover ahh but now for the bad :-( * Interior needs Tlc- have covers on front seats that need reupholstered.. rears are acceptable have new console... along with all kinds of extra small parts purchased * Going to need new shocks (struts) as Indiana roads are tough on these.. * Still working on usual electrical gremlins these are notorious for (have wiring layout) * mirror switches/ directional switches need replaced (motors are fine) * no rear spoiler (previous owner took off) and paint there is chipped * only rear carpets look worn .. front looks ok-good Just in case anyone really wants to know- the reason i am listing her for sale is due to my daughter going away to college this fall and my other half telling me i have too many toys and i must thin the herd.. And a smart man knows that if he keeps the little lady happy she'll make him happy and allow him a few toys.. Car is being sold "as is" and although i trust her to go anywhere you may consider shipping if you are far away and not a mechanical kind of guy. She is almost 30 years old even if she looks alot younger keep that in mind. I am gutsy so for me the "adventure" of driving from california to Indiana (2250 miles) may be a bit much for some guys. But not all have "common sense" or seem to read the whole ad..99% of time people are good, its just the stupid bad apple thats spoils it all for the rest. A couple of years ago i had one push the but it now on a speedboat i had and he thought i should take him out for a day of boating on a couple of different lakes to see i he liked it then would decide if he would pay the full buy it now price. When i stopped laughing, and then getting upset because he spoiled the chance for others to righteous buy it i had him pay for the listing fees and relisted. As most realized by picture it is a 4.5L Engine not a 5.4L and it is an Automatic Transmission .. Stock from factory.. No Engine/Transmission change to my knowledge Also as everyone wants to see interior- I uploaded pics... As it is from California Interior needs help.. I do have a Really Nice, almost new Center Console I will include in sale.. (where gear shift, radio, ac are) Also will include newer clock i purchased off ebay- was told it works..by seller... haven't tried yet As stated I have some assorted misc parts i have purchased, like interior lights, extra window switch, etc.. I also have new distributor cap, rotor, and sparkplugs which i may get to install by time buyer picks up? I understand how some want their Porsch to be perfect.if it was the price would be much higher.. But please don't come and nitpick Again Please realize this car is almost 30 years old.. DON"T expect it to be perfect... Its a decent Driver... There are things that need work, but you can drive it and fix little things as you go.. as i have..
