Here is a fantastic 1953 Chevrolet BelAir. This car is clean from top to bottom with almost everything original . It had a total restoration in1992. New 2-Tone paint (original factory color), interior (same as factory), door panels, carpet etc. Glass is good all the way around. It has the original Power Glide automatic transmission. The car has had very few miles on it since the 235, 6 cyl engine was overhauled. It has been garage kept and covered since day one. I have two magazine ads from 1953 and this car; both model and 2-tone copper/tan color scheme was on both ads. Chevy knew they had a winner with this car. Like everything 57 years old, it has its few little scars. There are a few tiny bubbles under the paint off the right headlight, but it has been like that for over 20 years without it getting any worse. The carborator needs a tweeking, the car starts and runs, just needs adjusting. Other than that, she is clean. We used to bring it to car hops on the weekends, it got all kinds of attention.
