The very beautiful and pampered Mercedes S 320 has an European VIN# WDB2200651A018638 and it was build in Germany in April 1999 for the German market. This car was modify in 2004 in order to meet the American standards and registered with DMV NYS. For this very special European car I do have an American title and an American registration. . When the car entered in USA it was modified to the USA Standards in order to be properly registered. Since the car was registered in USA it can very easy be register in any states in USA without any problems, since the car meets all American standards. The car was serviced only by Mercedes dealer in USA and I never had any problems with parts or services even if some people consider it a gray market car. In Europe this car in this very good condition is evaluated at Euro 21,000 and for 1 Euro you will get US $1.30. This way you can see that the asking price is way below the market value. I purchased the car brand new in Germany and driven it only on the famous German Autobahn for 4 years. Since 2004 the car was registered with DMV NYS and the Registration with the American title of the car will be provided at the sale to the buyer in order to make the registration of this car very easy in any states in USA. EBAY is not equipped yet with the technology to recognize the VIN number of a car build from another country therefore EBAY cannot provide a free report on the Vehicle History Report Summary for the European 1999 Mercedes-Benz S-Class S320 yr4/99. EBAY technology is only connected to USA build car or foreign cars build only for USA Market. Since this car was build for the German Market the VIN number is not recognized by EBAY even though the car is register with NYS DMV since 2004, and insured with Geico. The buyer will get from me the DMV registration, insurance and US Title in order to feel safe. If needed I will also help the buyer to register this car without any problems regardless of the state in USA. I also have a complete record from the Mercedes Dealer in NYC that took care of this car since 2004 and I can provide the buyer a copy of all those invoices in order to see how pampered had been this car. Driving this car is a real dream and test driving it will prove my point. I do have a new Mercedes S class and an SL 55 but the European S320 is much more fun to drive because it handles much better and has more power that any new Mercedes I have including the SL 55 2007. Also the car is fully loaded with feature like Parktronic, cooling seats in front, telephone (Nokia) voice recognition and so on. Regarding maintenance for this car even though I want to sell it I have scheduled the change of the brakes pads and Transmission oil and that will be done. The car is up to date with all necessary maintenance in order to be in top shape. In the last 3 years I invest in this car over $38,000 on: a new transmission, new Central lock system, new Remote keys, new 6 CD system, new Air Condition, New Carpet, new electrical system in the car, new motor for mirror and so on. The front car seats have cool/heat system. The car has been loved and pampered over the lifetime and was well maintain by Mercedes Dealer Service Center only. There are some very minor problems with the interior but the car feels like new and runs like new. I am sure you will love this car too.
