This is a super reliable great running Mercedes Diesel. Mercedes only imported this rare diesel long wheelbase for two years. Starts and runs flawlessly There is no blowby and engine is exteremly strong. Transmission shifts and downshifts smoothly. This Mercedes was parked for aprox 4 years Howvever it was driven and started frequently to ensure proper maintainance. After its dormant state I awoke it with a fresh oil change fuel filters change and all fuel hoses. The batterry was also replaced with a strong 950 cold cranking amp battery. Odometer shows 124,000 miles However autocheck show slightly more due to an inoperable odometer. Cruise control works great Front brakes and front right caliper were replaced due to some binding. Exterior looks average for its age it does have some rust behind the rear window and trunklid . Floor boards and undercarrige are good. Paint looks decent could use some wax. The interior has some sun damage including the dash and front seats overall good to average. All windows operate fine except for the sunroof.Seats mechanisms and steering wheel work great. Has an aftermarket cd player and new front speakers. Climate control operates as it should. The tires were replaced aprox 5 years ago and have like new tread (Michelin symetry tires) Overall a good and relaible Mercedes diesel that with proper care will run for a long time.
