This 1998 Ford Ranger Pickup is offered as is, with no warranty expressed or implied. This is a 4x2 model with a 112” wheelbase. It is equipped with a 3.0 Liter V6 engine with an O/D automatic transmission. The engine runs, however it has 70 lbs of compression in # 2 cylinder, there is a distinct rod knock and miss and a coolant leak which looks to be coming from the water pump. There is a horizontal crack running the length of the windshield, which can be seen in the photos. The driver’s side door has broken hinges and the handles, lock and inner panel have been removed. The transmission seems to shift OK. The air bag light is on. The battery is NG. A/C constantly cycling and may just need a charge. The body is in fair shape with a few dents and dings, which can be seen in the photos. The interior is in fairly good condition. Tires are in decent shape. This vehicle is owned by a municipality and email inquiries can only be answered during the normal business hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm (eastern time), Monday through Friday.
