I have a 1997 pontiac trans am for sale. V8 Lt1 engine, 6 speed manual transmission, just hit 79,000 miles, t-tops, new tires around 6 months ago, new clutch and fuel pump around the same time. There are a few problems with the car but nothing major. Passanger side door was hit in a hit and run and my insurance wouldn't cover it even though I had full coverage so the passanger side mirror glass is broken, the mirrow scraped the paint up but I think most of it could be buffed out but I'm not possitive on that one, and the ground effect is busted from the accident. Mechanically the only thing wrong that I know of is an oil leak. I belive I have all the parts to fix it plus I have the parts to put a tune up on the car if you know how to do it yourself you could save a lot of money. I bought this car as a second car to turn into a project car but life happens and my family has expanded so I need to sell it and get something more practical that will fit everyone in it. I am trying to sell the car locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early if I can get rid of it here. A $500 down payment must be recieved within 24 hours of the auction ending and the remainder must be recieved within 7 days. Buyer will be responsible for picking the car up because I have no clue how to ship the thing, if you really need me to ship it to you then the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. I can give you a month or two to pick it up because I have two spots at my condo and they won't say anything about it being here as long as it's in one of my spots. I'm sure if you find a company that will ship it you can make a credit card payment to them over the phone and I will deliver it them at no charge as long as it's within 25 miles. The interior is in pretty good shape. There are no rips or tears in the seat the biggest problem with the interior is the headliner is coming down under the t-tops. besides that if it gets cleaned really good it is in nice shape.
