1995 Caprice 9c1 MSP car LT1 350 with G80 (POSI) rear. This is one of the last two Michigan state police cars to be offered (we bought both of them) this car is special because the Michigan state police test police cars and most departments buy on their recommendations. This was Michigan's "TEST TRACK" car I was going to restore it and add it to my collection but space and time have forced me to think about thinning the herd so to speak. The car has been setting for a while but it’s a caprice, they tend to start right up no matter how long they sit. The car will need a good going over before you hit the streets. The body is pretty much rust free, but the floors are rusted. MSP installed special seatbelts or roll bar and didn't properly seal them allowing water under the mat in turn rusting the floors. I have complete floors from southern car ( included) although the caprice is a very resilient car, the car should be towed to be safe, but will drive onto a trailer with no problem.
