I got this FJ last year. I have been through It fixing lots of little stuff between now and then. Dont know much history on it other than it was in california for a while since i had to change the title over to an oklahoma title. It is in real good shape! there is very little rust on the body or chassis. It has had a chevy 350 cid swapped into it at some point. I have looked it all over an tuned it all up really well. Motor runs great. It has full exhaust with some crazy lookin headers ive never seen. It sounds goooood! It also has a new edelbrock 4 barrel carb on it along with a edelbrock performer intake. The transmission is a turbo 350 three speed automatic. Seems to have a real low stall converter in it for 4x4 situations. It shifts great. No kick down cable but the truck really doesnt need it. The 4x4 gear all works great. it is a posi rear end and has the warn lock out hubs. Tires r BFG all terrains.60-70% tread. It has alloy wheels aswell. It has Five point harness seats in it with a rear bench seat. The dual gas tanks are set up on an electric switch on the dash. Of course a roll bar is installed aswell. I also have a bikini top for it.Tow hitch. It has a few fall backs. When they did the swap they never put a speedo cable in it so no speedo and no odometer. I have doors for it but they dont have the glass or the hardware. When it sits a while the valve seals leak a little so u get a little white smoke on start up. No other top than the bikini top. But its been a great truck and im really impressed with the 4x4. Ive probably put 1500 to 2000 miles on it since ive had it and enjoyed every mile. It wouldnt take much to make it super clean but thats not really my thing more of a function before form type guy. Wouldnt sell it but got a few more vehicles than i really need.
