Hi, up for sale is a 1971 Jeep j4000 pickup. The truck has a 360cu motor with a Turbo 400 automatic. On May-18-10 at 17:17:48 PDT, seller added the following information: Hi,I don't know what happened to the rest of the info,but I will try again. The motor runs great,no smoke,no noise.The choke on the carb needs adjusted,but when it is warmed up,runs and idles fine.The trans. shifts fine,but the front seal does leak.The brakes are drum all the way around( non power).The interior is decent.The door panels need replaced,and there is no headliner is missing.Someone replaced the factory radio with an aftermarket,in doing so they cut the dash opening.The wiring needs work,the guages don't work on the dash.The headlights work.The body is in pretty good condition.The truck came from Texas,I took a pic. of the inspection sticker.The body underneath is really good.The rockers are solid as are the floor boards.There is no rust inside the bed,it is very nice.What you are seeing is dead leaves.I took pics of the worst spots on the on the outside of the bed,and fenders.I think someone has replaced the transfer case.The 4x4 seems to work fine.It looks like someone replaced the gas tank. I think they got the wrong year,and tried to make it work(poor job).I drove this truck for a little while.I have tried to describe this truck as best as I can,but i'm sure I have forgotten some info.Any questions,you can call me anytime after 4:00 pm est.
