73 Ford Gran Torino Sportsroof with 108,044 miles yellow /black interior 4000 miles on rebuilt motor. 351-4v Original CJ motor 4-bolt mains, currently 4-speed toploader Hurst, 9 inch n-case 350 gears. This is an older resto that runs hard and shines great. Featured in Popular Hot Rodding July 1999 pg 44 and Hemmings muscle car cal May 2001.Car is still being run to local shows and charity events on LI. TLC added every yr as needed. Owner since 1986. Car is currenty insured inspected and registered in NY. Car is originally a C-6 auto car from Ford. Correct 73 donor parts used for conv. Rear is a 9 inch 350 traction lok rebuilt pumpkin with new gears, axle bearings and seals. Original housing was 325 open. Exhaust features Hooker super comp headers X-pipe 2 1/2 alum pipe dynomax mufflers.Suspension features KYB shocks Moog hd springs replaced upper and lower balljoints and bushings.Magnum 500s 15x8 goodyear eagle 1, 255x60/15.Motorcraft battery cables alt rad hoses heater hoses belts, etc. Parts added last year include new PPG windshield and new drivers window motor.
