This collectible1976 Morris Mini Moke is regrettably up for auction due to financial constraints. I am RELISTING it with a BUY NOW price because of the amounts of calls I received last week from people not wanting to wait for the auction. Also, some bidders thought I was going to give it away. WRONG! This Mini Moke is a stunning English rose with a creamy Old English White complexion not marred by any blemishes (no dents, scratches or rust). Whether you're a collector or fancy yourself a lover of British classic cars, she can be yours for a reasonable price and will not disappoint. This sassy, little piece of motoring history was born with an English steel monocoque body pan mounted on Mini subframes and an A series powerplant, and assembled in Australia. She is not a kit nor a copy but a genuine, proper British motorcar and very, very fun to drive! In 2006, she received many upgrades (see the photo of the New Zealand modification plate which is required when any major changes are made, such as the modification to a 1275cc engine/gearbox unit). I purchased her from a chap who imported her to Florida from New Zealand, (all shipping and duty paid, of course). I had her checked out and tuned at DJ's Minis in Westley Chapel, FL which specialize in classic Minis and Mini Mokes (www.djminis.com). She already had a new alternator, and they replaced her air filter, distribution cap and cables, clutch master cylinder, and a rear wheel cylinder. They also installed 3-point retractable seat belts for the front seats and a reverse light. She's now mechanically superb, very peppy and responsive, but also she can be noisy and windblown (after all, she's practically naked!) Warning: She's a magnet for a lot of unsolicited attention! Do not bid on her unless you can handle cruising around with such a puppy-like cute thing that brings instant smiles to people's face (teens and pensioners alike) and generates loads of compliments!
