7 Passenger, all real seating lays down flat or is completly removable. The space between the captain seat in the back is nice and wide for easy access in and out. This van has aprx a 24 gallon gas tank that is great on long trips, and good gas millage. We have owned this van for 3 years and have absolutly no problems.
