RARE!!! Here is a great running extra clean Chevrolet Pickup. Power steering, power windows and door locks. 5.7 Liter 350 engine! I'm only selling it because I rarely drive it and I don't have the room to park it any longer. This is a beautiful truck and drives great. It has never been wrecked. I have the Carfax history report for your review. The only alert on the carfax report is that vehicle exceeds mechanical limits. Everything else is clean. Own a bit of Chevrolet history with this truck. Lots of new parts: New Paint New body trim and molding New sport grille New headlights and tail lights New tires New Steering gear box New brakes with rotors, drums and parking brake cable Rebuilt Transmission Tune up plugs, wires and rotor. A/C was serviced last weekend and blows super cold air! The only two things wrong with the truck is cruise control and the drivers door lock. I had the dealer install a new cruise control lever but cruise control will still not work. Checked all fuses with no luck. The door lock on the drivers door will not lock with lock button. It will lock manually and will lock/unlock from outside with the key. I've replaced the lock acuator several times and checked the wiring but cannot find the problem. History of the Chevrolet Sport: In 1989, a half ton 2WD fleetside Sport appearance package was available as a limited production run set to determine how well the "sport" package would be received by consumers in the years to follow. The Sport package was more of a trim and towing package edition as well as a few engine enhancements that weren't available on other Chevrolet trucks of the time. In 1990 the Sport appearance package was available with black and red bumper and body trim, and a black sport grille with red outlined Chevrolet emblem, 15" alloy chrome wheels with custom center caps, front air dam with fog lights, a special "SPORT" badged on the bed sides, and a special Chevrolet outlined emblem on the tailgates, both preceded by a red bow tie. The sport package was only offered from 1989 until 1992 as some insurance companies began to express concerns with the idea of a high performance truck. Regular Production Option (RPO) Code was BYP (Sales, Sport Equipment Package). This model was only available with the standard cab and regular fleetside box. Colors included white, black, and red. IMPORTANT!!! Included in the photos are a pair of matching bucket seats and center console. These DO NOT go with the truck and are NOT included in this sale. I'm only showing as an option meaning the winning bidder can have the option to purchase these for a negotiable extra cost. The vehicle report here on eBay is incorrect on this vehicle. It claims a possible odometer roll back but I have the CarFax report and all is in order. A date they list is not even on the CarFax report. The mileage is correct but the date on CarFax is in 1993 vice 1996 as their report claims. Thanks for looking.
