Beautiful 1966 Ford Mustang 2+2 Fastback. This little car is a one owner and is just about as number perfect as you can find. Every thing is original to this car. It was purchased from Louisville Motors, Louisville, KY. in September 1965 by the person you are buying the car from. The car is red in color and has red leather interior. The interior is all original and in very good condition. Most of the red paint is original except for the front end. It was in an accident back in 1985 and had some body work and repaint on those parts. It has a 289 cubic inch engine 2 barrel carb and single exhaust with a three speed manual transmission with the shifter on the floor. It has an after market radio but the original AM radio is in the trunk. There is a couple places around the rear fender well openings that has some bubble rust. There is a little rust in the trunk pan. I don't have a lift so I can't tell about the floor pans. The underside is very heavily undercoated. The pans feel solid from inside the car. There is a little crinkle in the right door post where the car was hit. It has been garage kept most of its life. All the chrome is in good shape with very little pitting. The engine has never had any work other than tuneups done to it. It does not smoke and starts and runs great. There is a little play in the steering wheel, probably tierod ends or idler arm. At 60 miles an hour you can let go of the steering wheel and the car travels straight. It has an old after market Air Conditioner mounted under the dash and blows cold air. It still has the original windshield washer bag under the hood. The car has never been restored it is just like it came from the factory. Trim Tag reads as follows: Body 63-A, Color T, Trim 25, Date 09L, DSO 36, Axle 6, Trans 1. I am selling this car for a friend and any questions need to be addressed to him. It does get noticed and turns heads anywhere you go. The paint is not perfect but still shows good. You will not be disappointed in this car it is in great shape for its age.
