RARE 1975 OLDSMOBILE DELTA 88 ROYALE CONVERTIBLE !! MATCHING NUMBERS !! I HOLD ONLY TRUE NO RESERVE AUCTIONS!! Not too many of these Olds Delta convertibles were produced and definately not many left! Here is one that is 100% complete and would make an excellent restoration or father/son project. This Convertible should be considered a big step above just a project car as it is a complete numbers matching car with only minor imperfections. This auction also has NO RESERVE, high bid takes it home. If winning bidder is in Southern California, I can assist with delivery, I also deliver to the shipping terminals in the Los Angeles area on a weekly basis. Please take the time to view the detailed pictures, I am very thorough when shooting and describing a vehicle and make every effort to catch as much detail as possible! This Olds was a fully restored "show level" car several years ago, the engine seized and it has just sat in our indoor storage since and let go. It is still a good looking car, but does have its mechanical needs, please consider this when placing your bid. Cosmetically, this Oldsmobile's body is near perfect as it only has 1 small repairable "ding" on the passenger fender and several chips on door edge and here and there (see pics). As far as any rust goes, upon close inspection all I see is repairable dime size bubbles on the edge where the conv top folds into (see pics). The car had been painted with a really nice Red-Orange Pearl with White racing stripes several years ago. I would call the paint a bit above "driver" quality now. This Olds is very solid, trunk and undercarriage look excellent! All glass looks good and is clean and clear with the exception of a cracked windshield. The back window on the convertible top looks excellent. Driver side window seems to be off track, same with the drivers quarter window, one overlaps the other. The convertible top has a 6 inch tear that needs repaired (see pic). Rear bumper looks to be pushed in a bit on the passenger side and needs realigned. The Creamsicle interior is fully loaded and complete, seats are in excellent condition, no rips, tears or wear. The 22" chrome rims are really nice and just need to be polished. Mechanically, the factory 455 engine is complete but seems to be locked up or seized, it will not turn over at all, so this Olds is sold as "NON-RUNNING" I have in hand the clean and clear California title on this Olds. The car is located in Moreno Valley, California 92551 (Southern California) near March Air Base. I encourage personal inspections and am available Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm for personal viewing.
