Make me an offer on this wonderful 1982 volkswagen westfalia diesel. it is really in pretty darn good condition. i have attached a vidio of it running and lots of pics. lets start with the pop top. its in exellent condition, it only has one minor 2 inch tare right where the corner arms fold. very simple fix with canvas repair material. otherwise, very nice shape. i replaced all the rubber trim around the pop top with factory oem rubber! not the cheap crap. 350.00 to be precise. the body is in real nice original condition for its era. it has some surface rust and a couple minor dents. its the original paint so as you can see, there is no major rust issues at all! the underside is also rust free other than surface. the glass is all great. all the lights and guages work, seats and interior is very clean. there is some places where the wall papaer is pealing off, but it still retains a very clean look. carpet is exellent, dash is great, it has a 3 way fridge that works great, the 110 electric and outlets work great, the sink and 2 burner stove have hardly ever been used, like new! the holding tank has not been used in years. i think it would work great, but cant guarentee that one. the sofa folds out to a very large double bed and the upper pop top also has a large double bed that folds out on top, its actually fairly deep and wide up there. tons of storage cabinets, it has 2 tables that rotate out in exellent working condition and the passanger seat also rotates all the way around and faces the back. it has a nice cd player that works great, brand new tires, just had 540.00 worth of service done at a diesel mechanic. fuel injectors checked and cleaned, valve adjustment, oil change, fuel filter, lube, and glow plug fuse replaced. the bus runs and drives like a dream! super super tight! motor purrs like a kitten, it is no speed demon as the 1.6 litre diesel is not the most powerful motor made. but it is reliable, dependable and 35 miles per gallon all day long. all around great mechanical condition, and very fun to camp in. will be sad to see it go. i would like a paypal deposit within 24 hours auction end and the balance due within 3 days of end. we will discuss the balance and it is to be paid however i decide. the westfalia is sold as-is with no warranties. i have provided vidio and 21 pics. i will entertain serious solid offers. thank you. we have shipped cars before and have shippers.
