Up for a "NO RESERVE" auction is an all original ultra rare 1968 Camaro convertible. This two owner survivor has lived it's whole life in sunny dry Arizona!! That is until five years ago when it was purchased by it's second owner from Silvers collector car auction with 97k miles on it. The paperwork that the previous owner recieved with the car at auction stated that the original motor and tranny were rebuilt in 2005. The motor compartment was tastfully cleaned up and detailed with all G.M parts. This car runs and drives amazing for it's age!! The car goes down the freeway 70mph with no problems and cruises around town with out any problems. Everything works ,like the courtsy lights,horn,heater,am radio ect.. The Camaro looks to have had the rear quarters replaced as well as a re-paint to it's factory Ermine white done at one time. The car is very straight and rust free!! The car has a few minor blems like a door ding in the passenger door and a few small scratches here and there,but overall shines up very decent for a survivor type car! I think the correct term now is Patina? With a fresh paint job this car would be a top notch car!! The original deluxe interior is in exellent shape as you can see from the pics.This beauty draws a crowd were ever it goes!! The top is in good shape as well. The top is manual not power. The car does how ever have power brakes and power steering, The original numbers matching ME code 327/210hp runs like a champ! Starts up everytime with no noises or smoke!! The original two speed powerglide shifts properly as well!! This car is a real pleasure to drive!! Never been modified or abused in any way!! Always stored in a climate controled garage!! Hard to find one like this!! Again this is a numbers matching original car!! This is truely a rare find.
