The cab was off the frame for rust repair, and undercoating. Frame was shortend,but was done clean,and strong. Frame was then cleaned and painted. Front and rear suspension are still needing cleaned and inspected for wear. Drivetrain consists of a 1980's small block 350,with a edelbrock 650 c.f.m. carb, updated H.E.I.ignition, and internal voltage regulated altenater, and full length headers with dual exhaust to the rear bumper, and fully welded mufflers. motor is starting to smoke.Radiator is a newer aluminum model,and the battery is an optima yellow top. The trans.is the stock granny gear four speed, with newer clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, flywheel re-surfaced. A new carrier bearing was also installed. Brakes are factory 4 wheel drum, no power. but was converted to power steering. The interior is all stock, with deluxe heater(three lever control),all heat and defrost work good. two speed wiper with washer, washer does not work though. deluxe gauges with oil pressure, water temp.,amps, and gas, that all work, as do all headlamps, turn signals, dome light, and instrument panel lights. The interior is factory original so it still needs cleaned, and painted, and the seat needs re-coverd. The glass is all there, and all but the windshield are useable. all door and window felt need replaced. Exterior was sanded to metal, rust repaired, stake pockets filled, metal straightened(with hammers,dollys,and bondo.spairingly though).All was then primed, block sanded,and filled. primed again,blocked again,and filled again.then all was primed again. It should just need blocked and sealed before it can be painted.
