If you are the FIRST (0) buyer in a decade that ACTUALLY has ANY interest in buying something I am selling, email me, give me your number, we can talk, if you can WIRE me the money NOW, we have a deal. Otherwise DO NOT BID!2004 HRC (HONDA RACING CORPORATION ) NSR50R GRAND PRIX RACING MOTORCYCLE RS50 The HRC NSR50R Grand Prix racing motorcycle was imported from Japan into the United States one year only (2004), in extremely limited numbers, 1000 where made, many fewer were imported and this one is number 952 of 1000 made. These are not street legal. The original MSRP was $3,599.00. It is NOT an HMC (Honda Motor Corporation) consumer product (like the CBR1000RR, for example). This is an HRC (Honda Racing Corporation) factory Grand Prix racing motorcycle. It has a liquid-cooled engine with Capacitive Discharge electronic ignition. It has a 6-speed transmission with a wet multi-plate clutch. It is equipped with adjustable (front and rear) suspension. The rear suspension is equipped with a nitrogen-charged Showa remote reservoir triple-adjustable (preload, compression, & rebound) factory racing shock absorber. It has wide alloy wheels, tubeless racing tires, and powerful hydraulic disc brakes. It is not a toy. It was not made in China. Its intended purpose is to identify and develop racing talent at an early age, to facilitate their advancement into professional Grand Prix racing. It is not intended for your kid to play with in the cul-de-sac, it was designed for youth development or to be used for club racing for kids and adults. We purchased this particular example from another club member at SCMiniGP/YRR. www.SCMiniGP.com is certainly one of if not THE premier clubs in the country for pocket-bike through 150cc full blown Formula 4 race bikes. This bike was a back up bike. I bought it to race for myself, then to give to my son when he was ready for a shifter. He was racing pocket bikes last year. I did a couple races on it last year. I led a race, but the bike was slow for the class, so I had it torn down and built back up with all new top end parts: Piston, rings, bearing, gaskets, seals etc. I have done two, short heat cycles in on the street. It could use one more before racing, but it feels solid and starts easily. It was track prepped by an expert road-racer, using stainless steel aircraft safety wire, thread-locking compound, Motul 600F degree DOT 5.1 synthetic brake fluid, Red-Line Water Wetter, and Red-Line synthetic lubricants, aluminum rear sets and steel braided brake lines. It has been kept indoors, has typical, what I would say is light scrapes from normal road racing action. The windscreen broke while it was off the bike (duh) I guess you could replace it if you cared. It has what I would consider to be a good rattle can job, complete with two-tone rattle can, over spray and an obvious disregard for intense preparation. The attention was placed on Function before Form, it looks cool. So shut up. The race tires are in great shape ready to race on. No need to replace. It comes with the original HRC factory racing manual, including set-up information to assist in developing your racing program. Title: This is a Grand Prix racing motorcycle. There is no title, there is no odometer. Warranty: This is a Grand Prix racing motorcycle. It was sold “as is” with no warranty when new, and it is offered for sale "as is" with no warranty now. Payment: Buyer is responsible for full payment within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Please feel free to come by and see. Thanks! Ben
