Vehicle Detail

If you are someone who just wants an easy classic restoration project, then this is the car for you. All of the body lines are very straight, All doors, hood, deck etc open and close tightly and with ease. This car has set idle for a few years and it is not road worthy, however it does run good. It is an all matching numbers car. Here is a list of what this car needs to be a driver, if you just want an old classic to drive. It will need Tires, Brake Shoes, A new Fuel Tank ( this one has rust holes) a tune up wouldn't hurt. Also needs front floorpans replaced, the rear are in good shape, looks as if though someone tried patching the passenger side some time ago and while it seems sturdy, it really needs a new pan, you can find them here on ebay between 40-70 dollars. The trunk pan needs the very center area over the fuel tank replaced, the rest is in good shape. I believe that is typical for this model and you can find this panel on ebay as well. The bumpers need rechromed, the headliner needs replaced. The paint that is on it is very presentable for an old car and will not need an immediate repaint. 221 V-8 called the challenger by Ford 3 speed on the column. Also needs seats covered and new carpet, currently has a rubber floormat. The hubcaps in the pictures are not on the car now it has spoke wheel covers and is missing one. I have only found one rust spot on the body and it is on the passenger rear quarter, see pic. There is no title, Georgia does not require a title on pre 1985 vehicles. Comes with a bill of sale only and it's last tag receipt. Check with your local mvr prior to bidding. Please ask any questions prior to bidding as well. Payment is due within 5 days of auction end in full, you may have up to 30 days to pick the car up as long as I am paid in full within 5 days of auction end. I am not looking to get rich on this Just looking to recover my cost and give this car to someone who appreciates a good old classic ford.
