This old 1965 Ford pickup is ready for a new home. The truck is running, driving, and registered with a clear California title. It is a true survivor and these are getting hard to find untouched. This generation of Ford truck spanned from 1961 to 1966. The truck features a Ford Small Block V8 and a manual 3 speed on the column. The engine fires right up and drives down the road with no issues. This motor purrs, it fires up without smoking or missing. It cruises down the freeway at 65 with no problems and still has the power and the gearing to pass. This old truck still has its ORIGINAL paint job. While the truck is not mint it is presentable and gets the thumbs up where ever it goes. I could fine NO RUST through anywhere. There is some surface rust here and there but NO ROT. Look at the pics of the floorboards! That is ORIGINAL! I have the original rubber floor mat for the truck but it is not in the pictures, it is in fair condition. The cockpit still retains its original bench seat. The seat back is OK but the seat bottom is in bad shape. The original dash is uncut and still retains its original paint. The dash lights, speedometer, heater, and windshield wipers, are all working. The gas gauge is not working. The truck's electrical system is in working order. The headlights, taillights, turn signals, brake lights, charging, are all working. The truck still retains its original 15 inch steel wheel and hub caps. The windshield has only one rock chip but no cracks. The back and side glass are free of cracks. The passenger side widow mechanism is missing but I will include another door with a working mechanism. The truck has dual exhaust and has a nice Ford rumble to it. The truck still has its ORIGINAL matching black and yellow Folsom State Prison made California license plates. Plus the original dealer license plate frame is on the back. Overall this truck is driver it is not perfect but is in very good shape for its age. The odometer reads just over 51k. Because of its condition it would not suprise me if this was the actual mileage but I do not know for sure. The truck is sold where-is as-is no warranty expressed or implied.
