IT WILL BE UP TO YOU TO CHANGE IT TO YOUR TASTE I AM NOT CHANGING ANY THING ON IT I LIKE IT AS IT IS AND I AM SELLING IT AS IS, THANKS AND GOOD LUCK BIDDING Authinic Myers Manx, Manx serial # M2176G826S, title and chassis # SCHD100509, engine # AS - 41 0431011102, clear title and titled as 1969 volk. headlamps, dimmer, turn signals left, and right, brake lights, gauge lights all in great working order, runs good with engine chrome and ceramic coated headers, 4 speed trans axel is smooth and does not pop out of any gears like some vws do, I just replaced the short shifter with a brand new scat chrome shifter, brakes have all been redone, bright red paint with grey full interior with adjustable front seats on sliders and they also fold forward and lay back, tall and big people fit well in this Manx, it also has full carpet with padding, vintage mag wheels from the 60s are in excellent condition, and tires are like new. The dash is custom made and beautiful but not the original dash, original reproduction dashes are availiable from Manx for less than 140 dollors, custom stainless steel front bumper for extra protection of the original manx body, A lot of time and expence were put into rebuilding this Manx, this Manx has never been put in the Manx registry so the lucky buyer can register it in their name with Manx for 20 dollors and be amongst the only 1500 or so that have been registered. Manx will only sell front and rear emblems to owners of a real manx so after you register this real Manx they will sell you the emblems. I hate to keep saying real so much but so many people advertise their buggys as Manxes when they are not, This is the real deal !!! The pictures of the wiring tunnels under the fenders were taken before the bottom side of the body were stripped and coated with new 3M rubberized undercoating that you can see in the pictures of the sides. ACT FAST and you could take it to the Carlile Penn. Manx show and have the legend Bruce Myers sign it himself to give it even more collectable appeal.I am not changing anything on this car so if you dont like the bumper or vintage wheels that are on it change it to your taste because I like them and am selling it as is.
