This is a 1930 or 1931 Ford Model A Coupe Body. The Top and Doors have been chopped 4". The chop was done in the 1960s and this car was driven as a rod for years. At some time, the rod was taken apart and the chassis, drive train and other parts have disappeared. This body has been sitting in dry storage for years. This would be a great start for a Hot Rod or Rat Rod. The Body does have some rust and may have small dents and dings anywhere. I tried to show the true condition of the Body in the pictures. The Body has a Deck Lid and Doors. It does not have a Firewall or Floor. If you are going to channel this down over the frame, you have to cut those out anyway. The Body has a great Patina. This is apparently what all of the Rat Rod builders are looking for. I do not have a Title for this Coupe body. I am listing this as a Local Pick Up only. I have no idea how I would ship it. This Body sells without reserve to the highest bidder. I will try to answer any questions through email. On Apr-29-10 at 13:49:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Found the interior Window Trim, already modified to fit the 4" Chop. Also the steel Window Trim Pieces for the Doors and the header panel that fits across the roof line, and hold the rear view mirror. I added a pictures of these pieces, to the listing (Last Picture). These pieces go with the Coupe Body.
