This 1975 german built Thing (Italy: Pescaccia, UK: Trekker, Germany: Kübelwagen or Kurierwagen) has been serving the german civil defense till 10 years ago and has since then been in a private collection that is now being resolved. There is no rust, and there hasn't been any earlier. Never restored. Factory paint everywhere, apart from lower area between wheel houses. (Obv. for scratches from heavy shoes entering the car, 100% factory paint on all fenders.) No chips or dents. Only 28.000 original Kilometers (= 18k mls).Whatever you touch between door locks and clutch pedal feels like new. Starts right up and purrs as if saying: thank you, and now let's go have some fun. The 181 is located in Germany, but shipping to either Baltimore or Los Angeles is included. US Port handling and customs are (not much and) yours. Register with german title and customs documents as is as classic vehicle. No conversion any kind needed. Exempt of DOT/EPA/smog.
