NO RESERVE!!!!! THE CAR 1987 Mazda RX-7 TURBO II ***ALL ORIGINAL*** NO MODS***EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION ***42,000 miles*** HISTORY I purchased this car from the original owner who babied this car it's entire life, and it shows. I bought it as an impulse buy because I could not belive the condition of this car. With 2 young kids, I unfortunately don't have the time to spend to truely appreciate this car and want to pass my find on to another RX-7 enthusiast. The original owner meticulously maintained this car at the local Mazda dealership. The care was always garaged, and the original paint shows this - not a spot of rust on this entire car. This car is truly a rare find. NO MODIFICATIONS This car is completely stock - all the way down to the original tape deck. All OEM parts were used in maintaining this car. This car DOES NOT have power steering. It was an option on this model in 1987 that the owner didn't get. CONDITION Original engine. Runs perfect. Turbo's pull hard - car was always warmed up before driving, and left idling for a minute after to allow the turbos to stop spinning before car was shut off. Starts right up. Does not burn oil or coolant. Never overheated. Never abused. The interior is flawless. Underhood is clean and all original. A/C blows cold. The paint is totally original and has slight flaw behind the front drivers tire where the paint has worn down to the primer (see pictures). Original owner wasn't sure what it was from, but again, there is no rust. Tires are new. Brakes have about 70% left. Clutch works flawless. Absolutely everything in this car works flawlessly all the way down to the cruise control. Cars like this don't come around too often. No reserve. Bid with confidence!!! There were questions about the underside of the car and the exhaust. In the description above, I've stated that there isn't any rust on the car. This was in reference to the body. Underneath the car, there is some light rust in spots as seen in the photos of the undercarriage - typical of any 23 yr old car.
