We have up for sale here a strong running 3 liter five cylinder Diesel with turbo,that is noted for it's fuel ecconmy and longevity and now with the factory addition of the turbo plenty of power.And at about 40 miles to the gallon with todays fuel prices it will pay for itself. This car is not a cherry find in mint condition it is an 1983 modle car with a few problems,It does have a new battery and starts right up and drives I will try and list all the problems I'm aware of.As my 100 percent positive feed back is very important and I do not wish to misrepresent it in any way. Even with the cars list of few problems the reserve price is only 625.00 The book suggested value is around 3,000.00 so here is an opertunity for someone to buy cheap spend a little on parts and do their own labor and have an awsome little classic Mercedes Benz The car has the Gold Metalic paint on it factory paint and is badly faded on the top,hood and decklid the sides of the car look pretty nice and ahve no major dents or dammage just little door knocks and chips after all it is a 1983 model The inside hood release cable is broken and must be pulled from outside. The glass is good but three out of four of the power windows do not work not sure why just know they dont work The car has the factory aluminum wheels but is in need of tires they are up holding air but are badly worn. When the car is cold the transmission wants to slip going in gear once it is warm it shifts good and hard like it should I have purchased a new filter screen for it which i'm told should cure the problem but have not had a chance to change it and the fluid The seats in the interior has no real rips or tears there is quite a bit of wear on the driver side if you want more pic's of the interior we will try and make them available.Thats really about all I can tell you it is priced as a fixer upper We purchased it for a family member to drive who ended up having sugery and health issues so she's not driveing it and it needs to go.
