The car is basically all complete, and even better than that has very very little rust. Literally not many places at all and they are small and super simple fixes.This car is very dry top and bottom. Anyone that is interested I bed you to come and check it out if you don’t believe me. Have it inspected whatever you want to do.So about the car. This is an original Raven black with black interior 1968 Mustang Fastback GT, J code which means the 302 4v engine. This car came from the factory with a 3 speed manual transmission and a 9” rearend.This car is incredibly solid. Look at all of the pictures (CLICK THE LINK ABOVE). The car has great frame rails, torque boxes, rocker panels, door jambs, trunk jambs, trunk floors and even trunk drop-offs. Car spent almost all of its life in the warm NC weather and was stored inside for most of its life.The car has every single one of its original VIN tags. Apron stamp, dash VIN plate, Original door tag, original buck tag, and even the original build sheet!Here is the how the car is currently configured:Engine:289 Complete is setting in the engine bay.A C8OE 1968 dated shortblock that needs rebuilt comes with the car also. It is dated after the car was built in Mid 68.Radiator comes with it not the originalPower steering pump with coolerTransmission:Was originally a 3 speed manual which I have somewhere. Some of my parts got moved and I am looking for it. I might find it and I might not. But it’s the original.I do have a driveshaft for the car.Rearend:The original 9” rearend is in the car still and in great shape.Interior:The interior is all original and complete but needs to be redone. Does needs front seats recovered, dash pad, carpet and headliner for sure. Original console is also there but in original condition. Plan on redoing the interior but that’s easy.Body:Overall the body of this car is in amazing condition. Most of the car still has original paint. Frame rails, trunk floor pans, rockers, torque boxes front and rear, door jambs, trunk jamb etc are all extremely solid. You are not going to spend much money on rust repair at all. The only rust spots I see are two spots on the top of the trunk lid, one small spot behind the rear window about the size of a pencil eraser, one spot in the passenger floor (easy fix), couple small places in driver floor pan. If there is anything else is too small to see. The driver side full apron and rail was replaced, radiator support, and battery tray. Original Vin stamp was saved. I also have the front bumper and bumper brackets. Couple quarter panel dents that need fixed on drivers side.GT foglight parts are all there.Glass:All of the glass is in excellent condition and the front windshield is brand new. I do have the rest of the front window trim in the trunk and the wipers.Brakes, Wheels and Tires:The car has front disc brake rotors on it, the GT wheels are nice and tires are like brand new.
