1966 Chevrolet C10 Custom Cab, Big Back Window, Long bed, with a new 5.3 liter/4L60E swap with under 5K miles. This truck has been an absolute blast to own. It is not a show truck but it looks great going down the road. It is a classic truck that you can actually use as truck. Has a steel bed with black coating which is great for hauling just about anything. It cruises around town just as easy as it does flying down the highway at 80+mph. It is a very smooth ride and gets recognition at every stop. Heat works great, it does not have AC. It does have some rust spots which are listed below. The cab corners, rockers and supports are all in good shape. Has all its chrome and trim pieces and they shine up nice. All completed in the last 5K miles -Brand new 5.3 Liter engine and 4L60E trans (ordered new from Jegs)-Mild cam swap-Kooks Headers and Full SS exhaust-Custom intake-New gauge instruments installed at time of engine.-Four wheel 5 Lug power disc brake conversion-Power Steering-New lower springs, ball joints and steering components-New 17x9 Rallye Wheels with moon caps w/Bridgestone Tires-Rear-end rebuilt-New Carpet and door sills-Stereo and Polk speakers-New tail lights and bezels-Same key for both door locks, glove box and ignition.-Long list of other small items replaced at time of engine swap. Things that need attention:-Horn is not currently working. (Have hardware and horn button to install, missing one piece that holds the horn) -Turn signals are not operating.-Gas gauge does not work. (was planning to relocate tank from cab but never did) Body Flaws: (Most notable items)-Passenger side windshield has a wiper blade scratch.-Drivers rear bed-side was backed into. Has a dent and some paint chipped. -Previous owner had some chrome trim around wheel wells that pulled some paint off. -Passengers front fender has a scrape-Paint chips here and there. Rust spots:-Drivers side fender (worst spot on the truck)-Both lower parts of the doors have some rust-Hood has some rust bubbles around bottom edge-Surface rust in cracks and chipped paint areas-Some bubbles in the paints Clean NC title in my name.
