1957 Desoto Firesweep 2 door hardtop. This was a barn find in 2016 and other than cleaning the gas and putting in a battery this car is as found. It runs and drives great. We bought it from the original family that purchased it new in 1957. The 325 runs strong and smooth. The pushbutton torqueflite shifts flawlessly. All the glass is great as are the door panels and headliner. We had the gas tank cleaned and sealed. 2 new front Coker wide white wall tires and a later year model starter has been added and an aftermarket ignition switch installed. The car has just over 77K miles, Clean title in our name. Texas registration is up to date. The car was repainted at somepoint in its past. There is some minimal floorboard rust and it does need a new trunk floor. Its missing a letter on the hood and the Sportsman logo on each front fender. This is a very rare car with only 13,333 produced in 1957. This car is in very good condition for what it is.
