This model of A8 was used for the movie Ronin. the car does not operate correctly, possible problem: wiring, or sensors.Most likely what's to be changed is cam tensioner guide pads.(see youtube: audi a8 cam tensioner)if you ve got time changing em yourself they are pretty cheap,below 30$.If you want a shop to do it for you they can charge 1500$,installing the entire tensioner.So car now operates but not advisable at all: flashing ceck engine light on and rough idling,rattle sound above 1000 rpms. the body is Aluminum, so there is no rust. Pretty well kept both exterior and interiors.I had the battery replaced with new one and had oil change made.The A8 4.2 Quattro, which has all-wheel drive, is powered by a 310-horsepower, 4.2-liter V8 engine under the hood, still fuel efficient:more than 30MPG on Freeway.Front and Sideguard head airbag.a lot of space in the trunk, even room for ski equipment.Leather interiors, bright grey.full adjustable front seats, heating on front seats adjustable too.rear seats partly adjustable.heating and A/C work just fine.Bose radio system and Bose speakers both in front and back.Needless to say this car feels steady and strong on the road, high feeling of confort. Plenty of life on Michelin tires. Recently had a pressure test done, engine is ok.Spark Plugs ok, ECU ok.
