Vehicle Detail
2007 SHELBY GT500 700+ HP ONLY 9 k miles on professional built engine, a built motor with heads and cams will cost you around $12 to $15k alone at any shop. One of the main weak points in the Shelby is the connecting rods, the last thing you want is a new supercharger or all the bolt ons just to blow a stock motor. This motor can EASILY handle over 1000hp. It was built by Excessive Racing Engines in Pearland, Tx who hold the World Record for the fastest standing mile GT500, they would be happy to discuss the build to serious buyers if need be. Original numbers matching on motor. Car still has working factory AC, can cruise without overheating and 700 HP (current tune on pump gas) with confidence. I appreciate all of the questions so far, in response I have added pictures of the actual engine being built that i took myself. Interior-• Stock Red and black interior in great condition.... only issue* (all mustangs from this period have in common) the driver side door panel insert is coming loose from the door panel due to glue failing. There are many ways to fix this issue and can be fixed easily by upholstery shop or after market inserts. Engine- • Made 700 HP on 14 lbs boost with current tune (capable of 1,000+HP with smaller pulley)• 3.6 Kenne Bell Liquid Cooled Supercharger w/ dual blade throttle body...(14 lbs w/ 4” pulley) • JLT super big air intake (color matched 6" dia arm)• JLT Oil separator• Manley I-beam rods, Manley pistons, Cobra Jet crank• Hand ported heads and port matched intake• Bullet Racing custom grind cams, valve springs, seats and retainers, billet oil pump gear• Dual walbro 465lph fuel pumps• Ford Racing 80lb Injectors• Bassani Longtube stepped headers, Bassani off road Xpipe (3") with 3" racing catback• Moroso matte black reservoirs (larger inter cooler reservoir)• Afco Dual Pass Heat Exchanger Suspension-• Eibach sportline springs• BMR rear adjustable upper and lower control arms• BMR rear lower control arm relocation brackets• BMR adjustable panhard bar Drivetrain-• McLeod RXT clutch• One piece driveshaft (Driveshaft Shop) Exterior-• Factory Torch red paint with w/ white racing stripes• 2.5" color matched cowl hood with matching vinyl white stripes (Cervinis)• rear matte black deck lid and tail light trim• Sequential turn signals Wheels-• SVE drag wheels 17x4 front, 15x10 rear Tires-• Mickey Thompson 26/6/17 front runners (brand new) • Mickey Thompson 355/50/15 rears ~75% tread (like new) Summary-As you can see there is well over $20k in work/upgrades on this car..... she has been my baby for over 6 years now, garage kept, never seen rain... the build was designed so I could take it out for cruises, car shows, sunny weekends or just an occasional trip to the gym. However, with a few adjustments there is PLENTY of room to make this a 1000+ HP car. Unfortunately, I am parting ways with it but would like to see it go to someone who will appreciate and enjoy it the way I have. Please serious offers only, and no Joy rides.
