In its previous life, this bike was 92' BMW R100R. Both previous owner and myself had made quite a bit modifications and upgrades. I am being very upfront about all the pros and cons that I am aware of, so that you have clear idea about what you are getting. Pros:- Tastefully modified, and looks great riding around town.- Registration is up to date.- Come with many aftermarket upgrades.- Motorrad Elektrik Alpha V2 ignition system (http://www.motoelekt.com/ignition.htm).- EnDuraLast voltage regulator, diode board, and hall sensor.- Siebenrock oil proof clutch plate.- Stainless steel brake line.- Fox adjustable shock- BAMW R80GS subframe conversion and solo seat. (http://bamw-parts.co.uk/parts/subframes)- Acewell instrument.- Tarozzi rear set for a more sporty look and riding pose.- Rizoma handle bar.- Comes with a few other spare parts, including a pair of clip-on handle bars if you want a more cafe-ish look.Cons:- If you intend to restore this bike to original factory look, this is not for you. The main reason is that previous owner has ground off the mounting brackets for original foot pegs. Not to mention that there are too many original parts missing.- I have no idea about the true milage of the engine.- It runs and gets you around town, but it certainly could use a thorough tune up.- The tires still have plenty thread. But you probably should replace them for their age.- I removed choke lever at handle bar, and add two short choke pulls directly at carbs. It might feel inconvenient to you. But you can easily restore to original choke.
