Otherwise solid bike that needs a new rear main seal, which I've accounted for that in the asking price. I would not hesitate to get on the bike and ride it for hundreds of miles with just the basic tool kit, a spare set of points, a spare inner tube, and some oil. It has a tool kit with wrenches that look original (though not the original tool roll), tire pump, and a repro owners manual I bought from Gator in Florida. There are 3 keys. The bike doesn't lack power. I do not have compression numbers, but I can do a leak down if you like. It does consume oil. I have not replaced the rear main seal, this needs to be done. The transmission, drive shaft and final drive are fine. Drive shaft boot needs to be replaced. The suspension is in good shape and was even inspected by BMW guru Duane Ausherman, it passed his "stiction" test. I always use engine oil with ZDDP and warm it up before riding it hard. Paint is original with scratches and road chips, but nothing too bad. Tank is good.
