Up for auction (AGAIN DUE TO NON-PAYING NO COMMUNICATION BIDDER, PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE AUCTION). is this beautiful grabber blue 1971 Torino GT. I literally pulled this out of the original owners barn, owner stated off the road since 1984. This Torino has some very desirable options. 351 4V, 4 speed, Disc front brakes, Bucket Seats, Console, Power Windows, Power window locks. Interior is very nice for age but seats do have seams splitting. Headliner is beautiful. Radio and rear speakers work, dash lights work, turn signals and tail lights work. The Torino ran up on the trailer but not very well. I changed Plugs, wires, cap, rotor and fuel pump. I added fuel and let it idle for half hour in the driveway, it starts and will drive on a trailer but has a miss. I expect tank and carb will need attention as they smell like bad fuel. As far as body, this car is almost 50 years old and not restored, but very nice. Unrestored mechanically so expect to go through everything. Brakes stop the car but not very well, pedal is soft. Clutch seems fine. Will not need quarters, rockers, doors, hood or fenders. Deck lid is nice but has some pin holes underneath. Floors have very small areas that these all seem to have. Cowl is very good, look at the photos, overall very restorable. Will need front drivers frame repair aprox 18" where power assist bolts in. I will provide a new section with vehicle. Please be aware that I have not restored this vehicle mechanically or cosmetically, that will be for the new owner, I had hood painted and laser stripes added and cleaned it up. Has dings and scratches here and there. Please ask any and all questions, do not make any assumptions and I will give you honest answers.
