this is one well cared for clean mark V that was stored in california till 2016, so it is free from rust or rot, especially under the top and under the mouldings and lower sections that these are know for. the paint is a rare Jade color with a ivory white carriage top which is in nice shape also, the interior is a plush jade velour that has virtually no wear to it at all, the carpets, look new, the seats look new, as does the dash, door panels and headliner, all in great shape, the lights work, the power windows with the little vent window all work, as do the power seats, working lighted visors, an aftermaket radio is just ok, a/c has new lines, new compressor, heater works also, the owner put a toggle switch to the blower many years ago, the fan switch may be the reason, they are available now online. heat and a/c work, tilt wheel, working dash lights. the high pressure power sterring lines are new, hoses are new , fresh oil and filter, new brake lines, new shocks,,i'm sure i'm forgetting more things but feel free to stop by and take a drive in it. its a really nice Mark V..this is a "no reserve" auction so please only bid what you have to buy with, high bidder wins...deposit required in 24 hours after auction unless arrangements are made otherwise..i have a clear title for the car also. On Nov-28-18 at 06:56:47 PST, seller added the following information: adding this info because i has 3 people ask about the production date, on the door jam the production date is 12-78 On Nov-28-18 at 15:09:32 PST, seller added the following information: i had a questioned asked about the heat and a/c controls and if all the duct work is functioning to switch from floor to dash to defrost, the answer is yes, when the controls are moved, all the proper vents operate, the blower operates also but from a toggle switch, i do have a brand new fan control resistor that goes onto the outside of the heater box under the hood, that may also be the issue so it will come with the car..if it were'nt so dam cold out here, i would likely have that one minor issue resolved, but it's fairly minor all things considering. On Nov-29-18 at 07:38:32 PST, seller added the following information: I am glad to see those serious folks asking questions before bidding.! a question was asked about the front end condition and highway driving,,i have had it cruising on interstate 95 at 70mph and cruises straight as an arrow, so no issues there. this car was very well maintained and cared for and any mechanical issues were addressed to keep it up and running and driving as a dependable luxury cruiser. Another guy asked if it could be driven from Philadelphia Pa to jacksonville florida ? i don't see why not. I would not hesitate driving it anywhere. that being said, it is not a new car so there are no guarantees implied or expressed. In my non professional opinion, it can be driven as is just fine.
