1992 Land Rover Range Rover County. Alpine white with Sorrel brown interior. Colorado, New Mexico truck with zero rust. Straight body with original paint in good shape. Some small paint/clear coat imperfections to be expected. Carpet is very nice with no stains or tears. Leather front seats in good shape, no tears or seam separation, having been protected by sheepskin covers. No cracks in the dash. Leather back seats very nice shape. Headliner is fine, no sagging. Wood trim is pretty but has some cracking in the varnish. As new electric windshield has no chips or cracks and heats up as it should. Power seats work fine. The lights, interior and exterior work, including door puddle lights, work. Original radio included but not currently wired. Truck drives very well and has been our preferred driver in that it offers such wonderful visibility. Cruise control works. At 80 mph the truck goes down the highway nice smoothly and travels straight. Electric door locks work but are sometimes iffy. Recent alignment with some front end parts has the truck steering without play, and stops straight, no shuddering or peddle pulsing. Yokohama Geolander all terrain tires at 75%. Old man Emu shocks. Transmission shifts well in all gears. 4-wheel drive transfer case and viscous coupler work as they should. The engine is quiet and has great power. I drove a friends 3.5 and it was quite anemic in comparison. This one has plenty of passing power and transmission kick-down operates well. AC pump is present and on its belt, and moves freely; the system needing at least a charge. The heater fan works only on low but the truck stays warm on cold days. Electric windows, one touch drivers window, work fine. (left rear window is intermittent...haven't looked into it). Sunroof works well. Gauges all work. The door latches have been adjusted and the doors open nicely. Recent full service including fresh coolant. Axle knuckle joints oiled regularly. Drive line has one CV joint replaced and has been well greased and is quiet. New fuel pump. Differentials quiet without leaks. ABS brake pump is quiet and with its accumulator works well. Power steering pump leaks a bit but now having all hoses replaced with Atlantic British complete hose kit, which should help. Engine starts and idles well, no oil consumption between changes. No funny noises. Mostly dry underneath. Two sets of keys with remote fob (battery needs renewed). Owners manual, tool kit, jack and unused spare tire. Original brush guard included, not installed, but could use to be powder coated.It is a 26 year old truck so expect some wear, but most items have been addressed making it a wonderful, reliable driver.
