Vehicle Detail
This is a 2002 Jaguar XJR100, The holy grail of all XJRs, it is the 100th year anniversary car for jaguar company. only 500 were ever made and around 220 are in the United States. This car has 106k miles on it so it is not a collector car that has sat around most of its life. Most of these are lower mile collector cars and go for upwards of 20k if you can find one. it has 19in BBS Montreal wheels and well as Brembo big brake kit all the way around, under the hood is the supercharged V8 making just under 400hp. The car its self is in good condition, people look at it and are amused by it just about anywhere because its like nothing else on the road. Couple of scratches here and there on the outside, but just regular wear and tear for a car with 100k miles. the interior is in good condition, the leather is in nice shape, headliner was replaced recently but it does have a couple of spots on it that need some cleaning, the Radio antenna needs to be replaced because the top of it broke off. Maintenance done Recently: -Fuel tank dropped and both fuel pumps replaced with OEM pumps (2k job that is the weak point of all XJR) -New Bosche starter -Brand new Brembo Pads and rotors all the way around, very hard to find for this car. -New Water pump and thermostat -New Bosche Battery -Both Serpentine and Supercharger belt new -Idler Pulley, Supercharger pulley Replaced with new OEM CAR NEEDS: -Front Struts worn and should be replaced - ABS Pump rebuilt- When the car is cold started the ABS\Traction warning comes up and then disappears when the car gets warm a few mins later. ABS and traction both work so im not sure why the light comes on when its cold. reading online it looks like the ABS pump should be rebuilt when this becomes an actual issue. - Radio Antenna This car is not a collector low mile perfect car but it is in good condition and mechanically very sound with all the major maintenance items done and I have spend $6000 in maintenance the last 10k miles on the car
