Vehicle Detail
Master SoCal builder Dustin Kott is renowned for his artful Cafe Racers crafted from the gorgeous and reliable Honda 750 straight 4. This bike that Kott named the "Saint and the Sinner" started as a 1976 CB 750 before Dustin stripped the unneeded weight and hand fabricated the custom tank, cafe racer seat, and controls. The mechanicals went through a full restoration at Classic Honda Specialists, Charlie's Place, in Los Angeles. Upgrades included a Wiseco 836 piston kit, electronic ignition, Dyna high output coils, and custom 4 into 1 header. After $13,250 of receipts from Charlie's Place, this bike would cost in the neighborhood of $35,000 to build today. The engine has 450 easy break in miles and just had it's first oil and filter change. This kinetic sculpture spent most of the last 2 years proudly displayed on a stand in my living room and is now fully sorted and ready for it's next very lucky owner.
