1960 TRIUMPH TR3 A. Commission number TS/59702-L. Built 16 October 1959.British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate—Serial numbers match.Originally Florida car first sold in January 1960 (copy of first title available). The car is titled as a 1960.Owner purchased car in Southeast-Michigan in 1987. Odometer was inoperative when bought in 87 and was rebuilt. Slightly over twelve thousand miles since Owner bought car in '87. Old Odometer was at 30,000 plus when repaired. Running restoration during Michigan winters from 1987 to 1993: cylinder head rebuilt with hardened valve seats, rebuilt carburetors, replaced generator with rebuilt one from Roadster Factory, replaced water pump, rebuilt fuel pump, added fuel filter, replaced front shocks, radiator and fuel tank reconditioned. Installed stainless steel exhaust system.Electric fan. (Original fan-available.)Spin-on oil filter adapter. (Original available)New Roadster Factory cloth electric harness installed.Roadster Factory leather seat upholstery installed. Shipped to Mount Dora, Florida in 1997 when Owner retired.New correct style 2-1/4inch white wall tires.Original engine runs strong with good oil pressure.Upgraded to Pertronix electronic ignition system. Sport coil.Brakes and clutch hydraulics systems reconditioned in 2011.Convertible top, tonneau, side curtains, TR tool set and manuals.Many spares will go with car include; carbs, generator, distributor, steering box, horns and many small items.Tuned August 2018Clutch replaced September 2018.
