THIS VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD AS SALVAGE / JUNK TITLE / PARTS ONLY! This is a 2nd owner 2003 Ford Windstar Limited Van. The van runs and drives out perfect. It's a shame that it CANNOT BE TAGGED OR TITLED OR INSURED. This would be great for parts, or driving on private property. Everything on it works. A/C blows ice cold and Heater works great! Front & Rear!! CD player, DVD player, Keyless remote entry. The leather interior is in great condition. Tires are practically new. I have driven this van myself approx. 20 miles. I got it up to about 70 mph, there are no issues at all to be found. It does not pull to the right or left. The van runs and drives out excellent. There is very little damage on the van, so I am very unsure how it has become a salvage total loss vehicle. But it is. All of the doors open with no problems. Both of the power sliding doors open and close with no hesitations or complications. All power windows work as they should. There are no lights on the dash. No check engine lights. No ABS etc.... I have in my hand a Washington DC Certificate of Title, but I am told it is void and no good.
