Offered is a very nice, completely original, unrestored CB750K. Original red paint has good shine. The top of the tank is faded. The tank has a VERY minor ding in the top left side. The inside of the tank is excellent with virtually no rust. The side panels are both cracked otherwise intact. The chrome on the fenders is very nice with minimal pitting. The chrome on the wheels is a bit dull. The exhaust pipes are original and very solid. There is a hole on the top side of the lower left pipe about 1/2" in diameter. See picture. The bike starts easily (one or two kicks), runs and rides, shifts smoothly through all gears. Currently kick start only as the starter switch is not working. I was told by the previous owner the starter does work but the switch quit working. Most likely a broken wire in the switch. There is an oil leak somewhere around the head on the left side of the engine. I would suspect gaskets should be replaced due to the mileage as I was told by the previous owner the motor was never apart. The motor sounds very nice with no strange noises at all. The motor does not smoke. The brakes work as they should. Head light and tail light work. The head light is on a toggle switch as the original switch does not work. The previous owner purchased this CB in 2000 with 7,500 miles on it. He put 90,000 plus miles on this bike. It has been very reliable and well maintained. I purchased the bike recently with intentions of doing a minor restoration on it but have changed directions a bit. I have a clear NY title signed by the previous owner and ready for transfer to the next owner. I have this bike listed as local pick up only, I am offering it world wide.
