Here for sale is a beautiful 1996 Silverado Mark III stepside pickup with a powerful 5.7 Chevy Vortec engine in a very attractive color combination of white with gray interior. This Mark III truck was owned by the late great Doc Robinson of the King Harvest Band. One of there most popular hits was called Dancing in the Moonlight released in 1972. Doc was the lead singer of the band. His wife told me that this truck was his baby. She also stated that the 171,000 miles on the odometer were from traveling on road trips and were mostly highway miles. He serviced the truck every 3,000 miles using synthetic oil. The truck has all original paint with the exception of the hood and bed rail bars and is in wonderful condition as you can see in the photos . This truck was always stored inside. The seats have been recovered with everything else in the interior being original. This truck runs and drives without any issues . I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. Everything works as it should except for the rear power sliding window, the power window motor will need to be replaced but It is in the closed position. The original paint is in exceptional condition and looks better in person than it does in the photos.
