For Sale is my beautiful 2003 Porsche Carrera 4S (C4S), 6 speed manual. The car is in like new condition, and I have all records dating back to its initial purchase. All three previous owners are known to me and/or friend. The initial owner is my Doctor, so I know the car well. I own it because a friend of mine has some financial troubles and needed to sell. I am the 4th caretaker of this beautiful vehicle. There is a history beyond that of constant attention to maintenance and care, which extends the entire life of the car. The important issue for you to consider is the IMS Bearing upgrade. Many are aware of this issue, many are not. Most of the listings on EBay or other sites are silent on this issue, and some are even so brash as to say their car "doesn't have an IMS issue". If you are looking at any Porsche 911 for model years 1998-2004, including C4S's but not 911 Turbos, you are in luck because the repair is straightforward, although at a cost of $2500-$3000. Luckily this car has been upgraded and the expense already incurred. As further evidence, please see the oil analysis completed by Blackstone Labs, at the last oil change, which was only 700 miles ago. DO NOT BUY ANY 911 (EXCEPT A 911 TURBO) FOR MODEL YEARS 1998-2004 UNLESS THE SELLER CAN PROVE TO YOU THIS UPGRADE HAS BEEN DONE. My car has been updated and I have the receipts to prove it. The car is currently located in Durango Colorado. If you need help shipping I can help with that, but I'd recommend flying out and driving it home. This is an amazing car with less than 19k miles on it. I looks, drives, and handles like new. The car has only a couple minor little chips on front bumper, other than that the paint looks beautiful and everything functions as it should, including the AC which blows super super cold.
