For Sale is a beautiful, solid, well-running and a joy to ride 1975 BMW 75/6. I am the fifth owner, and have had the bike since May of 2009 and put only 6,000 miles on it. Oil and Brake Fluids have been changed regularly and the bike is stored indoors in winter and covered outdoors in summer. The bike is not a museum piece, has small nicks, and some scrapes on valve covers and frame but overall looks and runs great. Starts every time and sounds very smooth with brand new mufflers. I’ve relied on the bike to get me to work meetings during the summer for the last 9 years and took it on a 400+ mile trip to NH last summer.It’s never failed me. Cruises easily at 75 mph and with the new windscreen is very comfortable on long distance trips. This bike has always turned heads and brought a lot of attention on the road - including the Harley guy who followed me into a rest stop to tell me “That is one “f-ing classy bike”. I agree.
