1998 Black Corvette C5, Convertible, in awesome shape. I am the 3rd owner and have had it for 15+ years. It has been my toy, baby and girlfriend, but it’s time to sell it. Family got way bigger and I am out of time to drive and enjoy this rocket. Has always slept indoors and have been Q-Tipped and detailed all her life. It has over $15,000 worth of modifications. A true Gem! Plenty of high performance and cosmetic extras: Headers and 4” high flow cats, catback that roars, Black Wing air intake, new Z06 Clutch (<300 miles) sway/roll bars, Z06 wheels w/o any curb rash or any marks and only about 1,000 miles, new Nitto street drag rear tires (70 miles), new battery, newer radiator/water pump/hoses/belts, etc., (<500 miles), Hurst short shifter, white glow-in-the-dark instrument panel (removable if desired), power everything - seats/windows/mirrors, etc. Plus operational rear brake disks cooling ducts, 10+1 CD Changer factory Bose sound system with 2 10 CD cartridges and more... Never been on an accident, Zero, Zip, no dings, dents or fixed/cracked fiberglass. The drivers seat shows some wear, both side mirrors jumped clip and must be secured. Needs front end alignment and maybe new front tires, as core is showing on the inside. Front bumper and hood have average road rash. Engine, transmission, doors, hood, trunk, convertible top all in excellent shape, this car is mechanically sound, and starts on the first crank. Garage kept and never been raced, no 1/4 miles or any other tracks here. All upgrades done by me, an A&P. Must sell, time to open up a spot in the garage, very motivated and priced to sell. Its a beautiful car with tons of power for a very small fee. My loss is your gain. Edit: I have been asked many questions as... Any weird noises? Is it hard to start? Oil leaks, any problems, etc... Nope, none. Runs excellent on all 6 gears, starts on the first crank, not a single noise other than the normal engine and exhaust to top speeds. No oil leaks from motor, or tranny neither. It can be driven aggressively, or smooth and comfortable cruising. It’s in great mechanical shape! New Update: Passed AZ inspection, detailed it again, road rash on the front bumper and hood are normal. And forgot, included is a micro fiber cover. New in pics. Sold AS IS!
