Vehicle Detail

I bought this 2005 F-350 on E-Bay in May 2015 and added load levelers, 10 ply off road tires (rated at 4000 pounds each), rear spring boosters, and a thick anti-sway bar on the rear axle.. It rides like a lumber wagon but doesn't squat when our 3000 pound slide in camper is on it. Remove some tension on the sway bar to ease the ride. The overall condition of the truck is very good, The 6.0L diesel is a beast and will surprise more than a few at the stoplight. I have added a coolant filter and had it "bulletproofed" at a local Ford dealer, with head gaskets, studs, bulletproof diesel EGR cooler, and upgraded Ford oil cooler. I also had a new water pump, radiator, and belts and hoses put on. This was in the fall of 2016. Last year the camshaft positioned was replaced. The paint is real nice, but there are couple of small dents in the passenger side of the box. A crepe myrtle tree attacked it. (Revenge was sweet!) The leather interior is in excellent shape overall, except for the drivers seat. However, a new Ford OEM seat cover is included. The truck gets 13-14 mpg in town and 16-17 running 70 with the A/C on. Everything works on the truck as it should, including the sunroof. The 4wd works great and I use it regularly. It has manual hubs and heated seats. This in itself is impossible because a digital odometer does not have MECHANICAL limits and will go to 999,999 before rolling over back to 0. I have reciepts from Jiffy Lube 4 days after I bought it showing the mileage to be 176594 which is consistent with the normal progression as shown in the auto check. Unfortunately, once "branded" it stays branded and the only ones who could have corrected it were the one who checked the box and a notary. My Georgia title is clean, but it does have "Exempt"in the mileage box. If you want a good truck at a good price, this is it. If it concerns you that it has a blemished history, I ask you this, does a title SNAFU really affect how the truck runs and drives? Of course not. It's a 13 year old truck that has served me well and in which I would drive it to Alaska without a moments hesitation. The only reason I'm selling it is the slide in camper we want is too heavy for this SRW truck. We need a dually, or else I would drive this one until the wheels fell off.
